MR: severe RVol ≥ 60 mL or RF ≥ 50 %; moderate RVol ≥ 30 mL or RF ≥ 30 %; otherwise mild
TR: severe RVol ≥ 45 mL or RF ≥ 40 %; moderate RVol ≥ 30 mL or RF ≥ 30 %; otherwise mild
Carried over unchanged from the previous version of this tool. The MR cut-offs match the ASE quantitative grading (severe RVol ≥ 60 mL, RF ≥ 50 %); the ASE severe-TR volume threshold is likewise ≥ 45 mL, but the TR regurgitant-fraction cut-off has no recorded reference.
